Answers, up front.
It depends on square footage, condition of the walls, and the products you choose. We give written, fixed-price quotes after a free walkthrough, typically within 24 hours. No surprises.
Yes. 1Up Painting LLC is licensed in Arizona (ROC #365049), bonded, and fully insured for both residential and commercial work.
Both. Cabinet refinishing is one of our core services. We fully sand, prime, and spray a smooth factory-style finish. Doors are removed and refit, and hardware reinstalled.
Yes. We patch cracks, fix damaged stucco, replace worn boards, and reseal exteriors so the paint goes on a solid surface and lasts.
Yes. A workmanship warranty on every job. If anything fails due to our application, we come back and fix it.
Single rooms: 1–2 days. Whole-home interiors: 5–8 days. Exteriors: 4–7 days. Cabinets: 5–7 days. We give you a real schedule before we start.
Yes. We move what's reasonable and cover everything else with drop cloths and plastic. End-of-day clean-up is part of the job.
Half on start, balance after the final walkthrough, only once you're 100% satisfied. We accept card, check, and ACH.
