Stucco is porous, it cracks as a house settles, and a coat of paint over unrepaired stucco just fails again. So we prep first. We power wash the surface to strip chalking, dust, and old failing paint. We patch cracks and stucco damage, caulk around windows, doors, and penetrations, and prime bare or repaired spots so the topcoat bonds. We paint stucco and siding, eaves and fascia, garage and front doors, and the trim that ties it together.

Color matters more here than people expect. A dark exterior color soaks up desert heat and fades faster, so we talk through how a color will actually hold up before you commit. If your home is in an HOA, we work within the approved palette and can help you line up the repaint approval before we start, so there is no stop-work surprise halfway through.
